What We Do

Our Customer Support Center's primary purpose is to assist Medicaid beneficiaries and their families, who are applying for Personal Care Services or who are currently receiving services. We also offer support to providers with issues related to Personal Care Services, their clients and questions regarding assessments.

When a beneficiary calls, we provide accurate explanations and interpretations of the Medicaid Clinical Coverage Policy for the Personal Care Services Program. We also offer assistance with the administrative requirements and procedures necessary to submit a request for services.

When a provider calls, our mission is to accurately identify, research, and offer resources available to assist with their needs. We may also answer many questions regarding your current Personal Care Services beneficiaries.

Our Customer Support Center is open for business from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for designated State holidays.
