What We Do
Our Customer Support Center's primary purpose is to assist PCS providers with issues related to assessments, approvals, denials, and the like and to help Medicaid beneficiaries and their families, who are applying for or receiving services under the PCS program.
When a beneficiary calls, we'll provide you with accurate explanations and interpretations of the Medicaid Clinical Coverage Policies for the PCS Program and the administrative requirements and procedures necessary to admit and provide PCS to qualified beneficiaries in all of the PCS settings.
When a provider calls, our mission is to accurately identify, research, and resolve any provider billing problems related to the prior authorization records.
Our Customer Support Center is open for business from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for designated State holidays.
